Cleaner Agreement & Freelancer Terms

Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you (the "Cleaner") and Portmund Logistics Ltd ("Portmund"), which engages cleaners for cleans arranged through GlowSpark. By accepting it you confirm the following.

Customer payments for cleans booked through GlowSpark are taken by Flubr Ltd.

1. Self-employed status

You are a self-employed independent contractor carrying out cleaning services through GlowSpark. You are not an employee, worker or agent of GlowSpark, Portmund Logistics Ltd or Flubr Ltd. You are responsible for your own Income Tax and National Insurance contributions.

2. Provision of services

• You accept jobs at your discretion and may decline work.
• Customers provide the cleaning products and equipment; you bring your skills and labour.
• You will carry out cleans to the standard described to customers.

3. Conduct

• Arrive on time and check in via the app on arrival at the customer's address.
• Treat customers, their homes and belongings with care and respect.
• Report any damage, complaint or safety concern promptly.

4. Payment

You are paid per the agreed basis for each completed job (fixed, hourly, or commission), summarised in your dashboard. Payment terms and schedules are set out there.

5. Insurance & liability

Portmund Logistics Ltd maintains insurance, including public and products liability and employers' liability, that covers cleaners while carrying out covered GlowSpark cleaning work on Portmund's behalf, subject to the policy's terms, conditions, limits and exclusions. You must inform us immediately of any incident that may give rise to a claim.

6. Confidentiality

You will keep customer information confidential and use it only to perform the agreed services.

7. Termination

Either party may end this arrangement at any time. Completed work remains payable.
