How does the first-clean voucher work?

Choose a voucher (2, 3, 4 or 6 hours) at a heavily discounted introductory price. After your first clean you can continue on our membership rate or book one-off cleans any time.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please have your own cleaning products and equipment ready: a vacuum, mop & bucket, multi-surface, kitchen and bathroom cleaners, cloths, and bin bags. Our cleaners bring their skills and labour, and using your own products means your home is cleaned exactly the way you like.

We currently focus on London and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode during booking and we'll confirm instantly whether we serve you.

Can I get the same cleaner each time?

For recurring cleans we do our best to keep you with the same cleaner for consistency.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead so we can match you with the right cleaner.

Question 6

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule free of charge up to 6 hours before your clean. Cancel 24 hours or more before and no cancellation fee applies. If you cancel within 24 hours a 25% cancellation fee applies, and within 6 hours a 50% fee (we always show the exact amount before you confirm). We recommend rescheduling rather than cancelling.

Can I keep the same cleaner each time?

Yes. Choose same-cleaner preference and we'll do our best to send the same trusted cleaner for every recurring visit, so you get consistency you can rely on.

Question 8

Does the GlowSpark Plus member rate apply to every service?

Accepted Answer

No. GlowSpark Plus rates apply to eligible domestic cleaning services and do not apply to commercial, office, Airbnb or short-let turnaround bookings. Every other Plus benefit still applies to those bookings.

Question 9

What counts as a regular commercial arrangement?

Accepted Answer

A repeating visit: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We book the next visit automatically and keep doing so until you tell us to stop, and that is what the lower hourly rate is for. You are never tied in and can change or stop it at any time. A single visit is charged at the one-off rate.
